How long have you been in business?

Schroeder Photography, Ltd. was officially established in 1996, in Brodhead, WI.

How is your studio related to Turba Photography?

Schroeder Photography, Ltd. purchased the Turba studio located in DePere, WI in 2011. At that time, Jerry Turba retired and we simply merged the two names; Turba-Schroeder Photography. We have since reverted back to our original name of Schroeder Photography, Ltd.

When the building burned down in April 2019 did you lose all the negatives and digital files?

All images were stored at another location. We have always felt that it is our responsibility as professional photographers to keep and protect your professional photography memories. Therefore, not only do we keep duplicate files but we also store the duplicate files off-site.

Do you sell the rights to your images?

In today’s world of sharing images on social media, we offer Social Share Files. These are smaller versions of the images you purchased enlargements of from your session that can be shared but are not copyright-released. Our reason for this is simple. We have created your portraits through extensive education, experience and professional equipment. Our “look” is unique to our products and we take protecting that very seriously. Printing our images anywhere but through our professional lab only diminishes what we created from the beginning and can often times damage a studio’s reputation.

Do you offer Hair and Make-up Services?

Yes, we offer both services by working with multiple, licensed artists from the Green Bay area.

Why don’t you have prices on your site?

Due to the vast array of session choices as well as the different products and features that are available within those product choices, it can be overwhelming. To provide you exactly what you are looking to purchase, the combinations are endless. So, to make it less confusing, we allow you to design the type of session you prefer as well as the products you need with no required packages to purchase. Suffice it to say, if there is a product you want, we can provide it.
